1. Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and Privacy Policy and Refund Policy govern your use of all available Getech Services and Apps (Getech), so please read them carefully before using Getech.

In this document, we use Getech to refer all Apps & Services of Getech including Dict Box, Translator Offline, Photo Translator, Translate Box, Screen Mirroring Z, Screen Recorder and other our apps on iOS App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery.

By using Getech, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to these Terms, do not use Smart Technology Team. If you are using Getech on behalf of an organization (such as your employer), you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization, and are indicating that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.

We may revise the Terms from time to time. Changes may be posted within our Apps, so please check that regularly.

2. Auto Renewing Subscriptions

a. Subscription Services

Certain Getech Apps on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store and Huawei App Gallery will allow you to obtain the benefit of the application on a subscription basis. Payment for such a subscription (which may be for example daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) may be processed in the application, by third parties who act on our behalf or directly by the mobile platform owner (e.g. Apple, Google or Huawei). Free trial subscriptions may be cancelled at any point up to 24 hours before the expiry of the free trial (Apple) or at any time before the end of the trial period (Google/Huawei). You can cancel a subscription service at any time during the subscription period via the subscription settings in your iTunes, Android or Huawei account. The cancellation will take effect after the last day in the relevant subscription period. You can find further information on cancelling orders and any associated refunds on the website of the third party re-seller from whom you purchased the app (for example, the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store or the Huawei App Gallery).

b. Trial Periods

Certain of our subscription services on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or the Huawei App Gallery may from time to time be offered for a fixed period of time on a free-trial basis. You are free to cancel a free-trial subscription at any time via the subscription setting in your iTunes, Android or Huawei account.

3. Your Information and Responsibilities

To use Getech, you optionally can create an account, either via Getech or through your account with a third-party service such as Google or Apple. In the latter case, your Getech account will be created using the information you provided to that service, such as your name and email address and other personal information that your privacy settings on that service permit us to access.

You may use Getech only if you are 13 years or older and are not barred from using Getech under applicable law.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Getech. You are responsible for any activity on your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. You should immediately notify Getech of any unauthorized use of your account.

By using Getech, you provide us with text, graphics, images and other information (“your content”). You retain full ownership to your content. Getech does not claim any ownership rights to your content. However, you are also solely responsible for your content. You indicate that you own or have the necessary rights to all of your content, and that use of your content does not infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.

4. Getech Intellectual Property Rights

Getech and its licensors exclusively own Getech, including all associated intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that Getech is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Singapore, Vietnam, the United States and other foreign countries. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights or notices incorporated in or accompanying Getech.

Getech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, copy, and display Getech solely in connection with your permitted use of Getech.

5. General Prohibitions

You agree not to do-or attempt to do-any of the following:

Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Getech system or network or breach any security or authentication measures;

Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Getech, Smart Technology Team’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Smart Technology Team’s providers;

Decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software used to provide Getech;

Interfere with, or attempt to interfere with, the access of any user, host or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing Getech

Access or search Getech or download any intellectual property from Getech through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools or the like) other than our publicly supported interfaces;

Plant malware or use Getech to distribute malware;

Send any unsolicited communications, promotions, advertisements or spam;

Send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including “spoofing” or “phishing”;
